For over 30 years, Simon has been a student of new technology trends and have worked for and with innovative tech companies across Europe and in Asia Pacific, mostly in sales leadership roles. He specializes in launching and growing new businesses in the enterprise software space in Asia Pacific; now at the centre of the shift to using 'big data' at the core of the digital economy.
For over 6 years he has actively participated in the start-up scene in Asia as both an advocate for technology as well as a mentor to start-up founders, and as an angel investor.
Graduating from the first-of-its-kind Masters Degree in Sales Transformation last year, Simon’s final project focused on using current best practice research on coaching, stakeholder engagement and change management to improve selling and sales organizations. He is now helping other sales professionals develop their careers via close involvement in the Association of Professional Sales in Asia.
Having covered the Asia Pacific region for over 16 years and done business in all major countries, Simon has deep experience in doing business in the region.
