Gerard has been championing the events industry since 2006. Building various successful media and events companies along the way, he brings with him a heavy weight team of highly passionate individuals with collective experience in world class entertainment, event management, venues, production, broadcast, advertising, motion Graphics, design and technology.

Together they create spectacular entertainment propositions for events and event goers in the most incredible locations on the planet. Gerard is well known throughout the industry for his passion and dedication to all things event related and has built a reputation and trust within the global events community as a solid solution provider for all types of international event challenges.

When Gerard is not engaging with international events and technology, he can be found deep sea fishing in various waters in the Asia Pacific Region.

Chief Operations Officer

Roy brings 30 years of international experience, 90% of which he held senior management positions in various industries from finance, education, electronics, construction, media & entertainment. He majored in International Marketing, Business Finance and Accountancy.

His foray into event production and management dates back to high school days, where as a student leader, he organised several key school events, adding to his resume by the time he graduated and entered the workforce. This saw him getting involved with the organising and management of business financial and marketing projects and programs internationally, successfully executing projects in Europe, Central Asia, and Asia.

A believer in leadership by involvement, he has no hesitation to get hands on, no matter how menial the task, working hand in hand with his team. Married for more than 26 years and a father of four grown children, he will always make time for others, family, friends and acquaintances alike.

Reliable, resourceful and charitable, Roy brings a mature head to problem solving and leads our global operations teams. If it was up to Roy then he would be the next Marvel character. You can count on Roy to deploy all our event engagement technology with grace and charm.

Chief Marketing Officer

Romel has over 20 years' experience directing and developing communication and event engagement partnerships for global brands in collaboration with over 600 major international sports and entertainment events in 30 countries. He is an event concept enthusiast and takes pride in developing and integrating audio visual tech and event engagement concepts into world class events and providing branding and other funding solutions for them.

On the international events scene, he is known as a solid solution provider for all kinds of outdoor event broadcast and audience engagement challenges in the high profile sporting and entertainment event calendar.

Social work has always been integral to his life. Supporting various human rights campaigns with media support and creative initiatives, he likes to get involved from both a creative and fundraising perspective.

When Romel is not engaging with the world of events and technology, you might find him pretending to be a film and documentary producer or director or behind the scenes on a music video or fashion film. No oscars as yet, nor any sort of critical acclamation for that matter, but he can guarantee that a lot of fun is always had by all.

Chief Technology Officer

After over 10 years working in the events, entertainment and technology industries, in areas from West End theatre production to event/venue managing and crewing a Floating Cinema, Simon has consulted, set up and managed a number of permanent and temporary venues around the UK and Asia, developing and designing bespoke systems to manage, enhance and maximise the overall experience.

Simon has worked with brands including Heston Blumenthal's Fat Duck, Boots, The Arts Theatre (West End), City Of London, The Crystal Maze Experience, Society Of London Theatre (Stage One), HSBC, DBS, JLL, CNN, Land Rover, Design Museum London, MasterCard and McCann Group, as well as various UK and Singapore venues and brands.

Simon's current main area of interest are creating interactive live environments, incorporating real life triggers, such as RFID, skeletal scanning and proximity detectors to trigger digital interfaces, such as AV, lighting and mechanical entertainment systems, as well as user management and contactless interaction solutions (contactless payment/sharing/access control).

In addition to the above, Simon has experience in company management, company accountancy, production management, technical management, lighting design, sound design, projection mapping and producing everything from Fringe to West End theatre and events for multinational brands.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Mina has joined the event industry since 2010 as a producer and later as a creative designer. She has organised product launch events, seminars and conferences, appreciation events, executive retreat and incentive programs, company milestones, theme parties and private events.

At Engage, she is a sales and marketing manager. Her vision is to maximise the customers’ satisfaction by building trust in our products.

When Mina is not engaging with clients, she can be found in any given beautiful part of the world expanding her horizons and meeting new people. This allows her to gain new insights and helps keep her creativity alive.

PR & Marketing Executive

Carinda is a dynamic individual with a particular eye for upcoming trends and affairs. In her experience as an Account Executive at various PR firms, she has been exposed to various sorts of interesting events and activities that further enhanced her ability to engage her audience and build lasting relationships with them.

With her undying enthusiasm and arousing curiosity, she gets involved in many different projects within the world of events and technology, and will not hesitate to share them with the world.

When Carinda is not PR-ing with the world of events and technology, she can be found food shopping and burying herself in avocados or chilli or both.

For over 30 years, Simon has been a student of new technology trends and have worked for and with innovative tech companies across Europe and in Asia Pacific, mostly in sales leadership roles. He specializes in launching and growing new businesses in the enterprise software space in Asia Pacific; now at the centre of the shift to using 'big data' at the core of the digital economy.

For over 6 years he has actively participated in the start-up scene in Asia as both an advocate for technology as well as a mentor to start-up founders, and as an angel investor.

Graduating from the first-of-its-kind Masters Degree in Sales Transformation last year, Simon’s final project focused on using current best practice research on coaching, stakeholder engagement and change management to improve selling and sales organizations. He is now helping other sales professionals develop their careers via close involvement in the Association of Professional Sales in Asia.

Having covered the Asia Pacific region for over 16 years and done business in all major countries, Simon has deep experience in doing business in the region.
